1.    Outlook:

Great landscaping will add sophistication to the outside look and feel of your home and will also provide you a higher value.


2.    Curb Appeal:
Your front door is the centerpiece of your curb appeal so repaint it if necessary.  Update the outside lights and add potted plants on either side of the entryway to invite a warmer welcome.


3.    Initial Introduction:
The foyer makes an initial introduction of the house so make sure to offer the right impression. Paint it in an neutral color, remove any massive furniture, update the lighting and floor covering if required.


4.    Lighting: 

The wrong lighting can make your home feel dim and dull so introduce brighter modern lights to make your home appear sunny, bright and updated.

 

5.    Paint Job:
Paint color is such a personal decision and potential buyers are likely to need and want to alter it themselves. If the event that you have colors that are unsatisfying to the eye then repaint in natural tones.


6.    Avoid Major Changes:
Avoid significant redesigns, particularly in the kitchen and washroom, however do upgrade the lighting and put in new doorknobs, cupboard & drawer handles and mirrors if they are dated.


7.    Clean:
