4.    Lighting: 

The wrong lighting can make your home feel dim and dull so introduce brighter modern lights to make your home appear sunny, bright and updated.

 

5.    Paint Job:
Paint color is such a personal decision and potential buyers are likely to need and want to alter it themselves. If the event that you have colors that are unsatisfying to the eye then repaint in natural tones.


6.    Avoid Major Changes:
Avoid significant redesigns, particularly in the kitchen and washroom, however do upgrade the lighting and put in new doorknobs, cupboard & drawer handles and mirrors if they are dated.
